Turning an office courtyard into a place tenants can enjoy.
SCS Construction Services renovated the outdoor area at Parkwood Building No. 3 within Carmel Gateway Office Park, creating a welcoming village green for tenants.
The completed space combines a putting green, open lawn, landscaped gathering areas and pedestrian connections within the existing office-campus setting. The result gives tenants a flexible outdoor amenity for recreation, informal meetings and time away from the office.
