A new home for community banking
SCS Construction Services built a new Community State Bank branch in Walton, Indiana. The project combined site development and building construction with a finished banking interior, including a customer lobby, teller stations, work areas and drive-up service.
The brick exterior, prominent entrance and landscaped grounds create a welcoming arrival. Inside, custom woodwork, granite counters, tile flooring and a decorative lobby ceiling give the branch a warm, traditional character.
The construction scope included grading, paving, sidewalks, curbs, utility connections and site lighting, along with the building structure, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems.
