SCS Construction Services built a new Community State Bank branch at 233 East Main Street in Kewanna, Indiana. The compact, single-story facility brings customer service, teller operations and drive-up banking together in an efficient neighborhood branch.
A welcoming lobby and custom teller counter anchor the interior, supported by private office, workroom, break room, restroom and building-service spaces. Durable finishes and clear circulation create a practical, professional environment for customers and staff.
The construction scope included the building structure and envelope, metal roof and siding, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, ATM and night-deposit provisions, drive-up service, paving, sidewalks, accessible entry, utilities, landscaping and other site improvements.
