Creating a long-term home for SCS
As SCS continued to grow, the company needed a headquarters that reflected the same planning, craftsmanship, and attention to detail brought to client projects. Renovation began in June 2019, turning the existing building into a purposeful workplace for field and office teams.
By October, the team had moved into a permanent home built to support stronger communication, client collaboration, and the next chapter of the company.
From active renovation to an inviting workplace
The project reworked the property from the inside out. Offices, conference areas, shared spaces, finishes, and the exterior were shaped around the way SCS teams plan, coordinate, and deliver work.
The completed headquarters gives employees room to collaborate while providing clients and trade partners a welcoming place to meet.

The finished environment balances professional meeting space with the practical needs of a growing construction company.
An employee and family gym
In March 2024, SCS added an on-site gym for employees and their families. The space makes wellness more accessible and reflects an ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where people can build long careers.
It is one more way our headquarters continues to evolve with the team it serves.
